At our company, SKG Rent A Car, you can rent a car with a debit card (with an additional fee applied, as this is described in the rental terms and conditions). The following will need to apply:

- The debit card will need to be issued under the main driver's name

- It needs to be either Visa or Mastercard and issued from a bank institute

- No electronic or prepaid cards will be accepted

How to find us in Athens Airport : Pick-up instructions


Pick up by shuttle, from the parking area for vans to the right of arrivals exit door number 5. The office is 10 minutes via shuttle bus.

Will I receive a confirmation of my online reservation?

Your reservation will first be Temporary confirmed to you by e-mail, then once the payment has been made, you will receive the Certificate e-mail with all your reservation details.


How can I pay my reservation?

You can pay the deposit by credit card or to with a bank transfer to our bank account.


What if I need to keep the car a bit longer than the agreed date and time?

It might be possible to keep the car longer, under negotiation with the company and with additional cost.


Do you charge additional fees?

There are no hidden fees. All fees are included in the reservation that you will enter and accept.


Can I change the car during the pick up?

Yes, according to our availabity. Nevertheless if it belongs to a different category there will be an additional fee.


How can I cancel my reservation?

You can check the cancelation policy in our rental terms.


Can I pick up or return the car on a location chosen by me?

You can change the pick up and delivery places upon request.


What is required to rent a vehicle?

When picking up your rental car, make sure that each driver has a valid driver's license and a valid ID document, in their original forms. Also, a valid credit card (VISA or MASTER), issued in the driver's name, is required for the deposit. 

As a rule, the reservations are made for Car Categories and no specific models. Therefore, it is possible to receive a different vehicle model of the same Car Category, up on pick up.


Can I take the car outside the Greek border?

You may be able to cross the Greek borders, only after negotiation with the company.

  • Don’t forget to pack your valid passport, ID card, driver’s license in their original forms.

> While you pick up your rental vehicle

  • Allow the company employee to show you everything you need to know about the rental vehicle.
  • Take photos of the rental vehicle damages/scratches, if there are any.
