Will I receive a confirmation of my online reservation?

Your reservation will first be Temporary confirmed to you by e-mail, then once the payment has been made, you will receive the Certificate e-mail with all your reservation details.


How can I pay my reservation?

You can pay the deposit by credit card or to with a bank transfer to our bank account.


What if I need to keep the car a bit longer than the agreed date and time?

It might be possible to keep the car longer, under negotiation with the company and with additional cost.


Do you charge additional fees?

There are no hidden fees. All fees are included in the reservation that you will enter and accept.


Can I change the car during the pick up?

Yes, according to our availabity. Nevertheless if it belongs to a different category there will be an additional fee.


How can I cancel my reservation?

You can check the cancelation policy in our rental terms.


Can I pick up or return the car on a location chosen by me?

You can change the pick up and delivery places upon request.


What is required to rent a vehicle?

When picking up your rental car, make sure that each driver has a valid driver's license and a valid ID document, in their original forms. Also, a valid credit card (VISA or MASTER), issued in the driver's name, is required for the deposit. 

As a rule, the reservations are made for Car Categories and no specific models. Therefore, it is possible to receive a different vehicle model of the same Car Category, up on pick up.


Can I take the car outside the Greek border?

You may be able to cross the Greek borders, only after negotiation with the company.

  • Make sure your mobile phone operates overseas.
  • Have with you your insurance company’s contact details.
  • Don’t forget to pack your valid passport, ID card, driver’s license in their original forms.

  • Check the additional services you may require and the additional charges.

> While you pick up your rental vehicle
  • Make sure your contact details are provided correctly.
  • Reconfirm the return date, time and location.

  • Allow the company employee to show you everything you need to know about the rental vehicle.
  • Take photos of the rental vehicle damages/scratches, if there are any.
